PLEASE help! How to write XML file using .XSD Schema layout - VB o

I have a schema file called Asc.xsd which I have added to my .Net
project (VB). [C# code would help me also.]

I am using XMLTextWriter in order to create/write data to a new XML file.

How can I access the elements, etc. directly from this schema in order to
simplify my adding the data to the new XML file?
I basically want to Dim a variable of the type of the XSD layout and then
have access to all of the elements. However, I cannot see the name of the XSD
file when I try to create a new variable.

When I look at the file in the Schema layout, the top node is called
"HC_DATA". There are 3 elements in that box: HEADER, RECORDS, TRAILER. Of
course, for each of these elements, there are more details.

Is there a way to declare an object such as HC_DATA so that I can reference
each of the elements and assign values to them and write them using
XMLTextWriter?

VB code preferred but C# would help also.
