Printers Via ASP.NET

I setup a web app that prints labels.
I setup the printer on the web server via Remote Desktops.
The print jobs are queueing through my personal computer. When I shut down
my computer, the web app won't print.
I went in and disabled Printer Redirection, deleted the printers and tried
adding it again.
The problem persists.

I'm baffled. I want to setup a printer on the webserver and have it queue
up the print jobs. I know this is a bit confusing... just wondering if
anyone has experienced anything of this nature.
