File Summary Properties

In explorer if you right click on a file, select properties and then click
on the 'Summary' tab you get a list of various summary fields withint the
file. These are things such as:

Title
Subject
Category
Keywords
Comments
Source
Author
Revision Number

I really need to know how to read (and if possible write but this is not so
important) these values programatically. I'm happy using framework classes,
Win32 API or anything that will get the job done! I have looked all over the
internet and have not found any examples anywhere!

TIA
