Signing an assembly causes it to fail as ActiveXControl?!

Neo
I have a control in an assembly that I am trying to display on a
webpage as an ActiveXcontrol. However every time I tried to use the
control I got a Security Exception. I found that REMOVING the strong
name from the Assembly (Removing the signature) caused it to work fine.
Why would this be? What would be the security risk of loading a
strongly named assembly? Do I need to remove the signatures from all my
assemblies now?
