Is sqldmo.dll freely redistributable?

I am making a SQL Server management tool and I want to know if I can use
SQLDMO and redist or if I have to do things the "hard" way.

Thanks for the help,
Tom P.

The REDIST.TXT file located in the root of your SQL Server installation CD
contains a list of files you are allowed to redistribute (sqldmo.dll is
luckily included in this list). REDIST.TXT also contains instructions on how
to redistribute the files.
