How to know if windows is locked

Hello
I need to know the windows state by programmation with vb.net or c#, of
course I have looking for in Environment.GetEnvironmentVariables but this
value is not present
Help me please

No it's not my problem :-), i don't want to know the form state, but the
operating system state (if workstation is locked or not).
But thanks for your help
