System.Web.Mail.SmtpMail issue

Hi,
I am using the namespace System.Web.Mail.SmtpMail. And I have the message
which has special characters (international characters). Everything goes fine
till I use the method Send to send the method. But ones I receive the mail in
Outlook or even hotmail, the characters change to "??????". Any help would be
great.

I looked at it and tried out couple of things but still not working. Can you
elaborate on how to use this within the code, any examples and/or pointers
please.
