msdnixp.exe location

I just downloaded and installed the C#.Net Express program. I had to
download the SQL Server and the MSDN Express library separately.
The SQL seems to have take care of itself when installed but the mxdnixp.exe
is sitting in a temp folder where I downloaded it.
Can someone tell me where I should move this file?
Everything else ended up in "c:\program files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\

TIA

Sorry,
I misunderstood what happened when my download got interupted.
It wasn't the whole file so it didn't install.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
