Convert a data value in datagrid before displaying

I have been around the houses with this problem and see a few
solutions but surely there is a nice neat way for me to solve this...

Summary:

A page that binds data to a datagrid via the datacolumn method:

<ASP:BOUNDCOLUMN datafield="Access" headertext="Access"
ItemStyle-HorizontalAlign="Center"
HeaderStyle-HorizontalAlign="Center"></ASP:BOUNDCOLUMN>

The data is bound in the code behind.

The Access field from the database is set to either 0 or 1, which does
not really mean much to the users so I would like to convert this to
"User" and "Admin"..

Surely an easy solution, but cant find it!... was really impressed
with the last posting I had and had lots of replies.. many thanks for
that and hope that someone can point me in the right direction with
this one.

Cheers

Rich
