Is there any way that c# or VB.net programer could write old style DLL. Like
those not COM.
Like thouse that are [DllImpert]'ed in .net languages?

For example thare are still some formats that require this like VST plugin

The only way to do this is still (and always has been) with C++ (Delphi
notwithstanding)... but VC++ .NET can still access .NET Framework classes
(via extensions). So the answer I guess, is yes and no. :-)
