DLL Dependencies

I am having a problem. I have installed drivers for an Adaptec serial ata
raid controller, and it installs an aaccin.dll file (which seems to act like
a service, there is even an entry in the services portion of the registry).
If I install robotic library support from Veritas Backup exec, the service
fails to start. Both Adaptec and Veritas are useless in this matter. I am
guessing the aaccin.dll has some dependencies on some core files in the OS,
and veritas is overwriting these with either a newer or older (but
incompatible version) of these dependencies. I have visual studio .net 2003
on my computer. is there any way to check out what dependencies a dll may
have? please not, this dll is not an assembly or a com app. Even if there is
a freely available tool to help me, this would be greatly appreciated. Thank
you for your help

Sincerely,
Shawn H. Mesiatowsky
