Is there a newsgroup for Visual Studio?

All the groups that begin:

microsoft.public.vsnet (there are about a dozen)

deal with Visual Studio. Select the one that's most appropriate to your
question. If none seem to fit,

microsoft.public.vsnet.general

would be a good place to start.
