Lookup fields update

have two fields, Title_Id table customers, I also have table named titles
with title_id and titles

In DataSet I have DataTable customers with fields title_id and title.
In the form I have combox that I binded to field title_id in table
customers. It works fine, field title_id is updated correctly. However, field
title remains the same.

I don't want to post data to database yet, so I just want field title to be
updated according to choosen title_id. I need it to see it in another control
binded to this field.

What would be the right way to do it? If I try to bind Combobox.Text to
field title then title_id is not changing
