VS.NET projects dependency diagram

Hi,
Is there any tool or plug-in out there which can understand the various
dependencies between projects (using the references information) and
create a diagram or something which gives an understanding of the
interdependencies between the projects in a VS.NET solution?

Thanks,
Krishna
