Highlighting row in DataGrid

have gone through couple of articles and confused now. What is the most
efficient way of highlighting row in Windows Forms DataGrid so that it takes
into account both mouse click and keyboard up/down arrow keys.

Hi..

I think best way would be to write a script for that though you can define
properties through Property window in VS.
