config Problem: appSettings not found by dll's

I am running a wizard style application which uses other assemblies. One of
these assemblies uses an appSettings section for configuration.

My understanding is that the configuration systems uses a config file named
after the hosting process executable? However, this isn't being picked up
from this file..

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to solve this one?
