Extend ListView space under the last item

Hallo,

in a ListView (Details View) the scrollbar appears, if there a more
items than space. if you scroll the vertical scrollbar down, you can
see the last item in the last col of the ListView. is there a chance
to have more extra space after the last item?

thanks
Mathias
