Extensibility problem with Word 2003

I have created a shared Add-in for office 2003.
The problem is that the Add-In is working fine with all office
applications (Excel, Power Point etc) except Word 2003 where it does
not start at all(I have also added message boxes in the constructor
with no response).
I have tried the same add-in in other versions of word (xp,2000) and
is working fine.
Any comments on this?

Thanks in advance,
yiannis
