ActiveX in VB.NET

Hello

In VB 6 when I create "ActiveX control" I have got 'ocx' file, I do
'regsvr32' to this file and I can use it in "Word".
(In "word" I click on the last button in "controls toolbox" toolbar).

In VB.NET I try to open "Windows Control Library".
I create key file (sn -k keyfile.snk).
In 'AssemblyInfo.vb' I add the following lines:
<Assembly: AssemblyKeyFile("keyfile.snk")>
<Assembly: AssemblyKeyName("NetActiveX")>
Now I Compile the project and write: "gacutil /i NetActiveX.dll"
I got "Assembly successfully added to the cache"

BUT the ActiveX doesn't appear in the "WORD" list.
What missing?
