Project files cannot be found or are deleted

I am in a desparate situation and I need help.

I have two servers one for the SQL DB and another for the ASP.Net code. I
currently use my desktop to connect to the Application code and then edit it
from there. I frequently copy and paste my code to a Backup folder on the
server.

I have set up Visual Studio so that I have One solution file and three
project files. The Main Project file call functions for the other two Project
files.

I have an ASP.Net Application that I am currently working on for a customer
and is near complettion. Yesterday I was editing my application code I
attempted to rebuild the solution pressing [ctr]+[shift]+[b]. While the code
was being built I recieved a message stating that the project files were
missing (all my project files with the functions) or the files cannot me
found or may have been deleted.

Now I only have the Main project file all the other project files are missing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
