Building apps for Pocket PC 2003 second edition

Rof
Hello, peeps.

I am building apps for Pocket PC PDAs using VB.NET. When I install them
on newer PDAs, I get the message telling me they were built for an
older version of the Pocket PC 2003 O/S. I know how to turn this
message off, but is there any way I can upgrade Visual Studio to build
for PPC 2003 Second Edition?

Cheers,
Peter Royle
