Control block movement

I know that I can positon myself on a closing or opening bracket in C# and
press Ctrl + ] and it will move me to the opening or closing brace that
corresponds to that brace, however, is there a way to move to the beginning
or end of the current control block without having to scroll up or down to
find the correct bracket?

ie; I'm in a long for loop and I want to jump back up to the for part of
the block to check something. I would like to press a key and jump there
instead of having to pick the mouse up and move myself, or hold down the
arrow keys to move ...

Thanks,

glenn
