.Net Setup package bug

Hi,

I built an installer for my application. When i ran it for testing the
build,
I found that it doesn't copy the dll files if they already exist in the
destination folder.
The copy doesn't happen even if the dlls in the destination folder are older
than the dll files in the Installer package.

Can someone help how i can force the copy of the dll files in the Setup
package to the destination folder?

Thank You
vidya
