my macro won't run!

Using Visual Studio 2003.
I have the following function saved in RecordingModule, and bound it to Shift-F12. It
worked last week when I created it. Now it does nothing. Ideas?
Option Strict Off
Option Explicit Off
Imports EnvDTE
Imports System.Diagnostics
Public Module RecordingModule

Public Sub StepOutToNextFunction()
DTE.Debugger.StepOut(True)
DTE.Debugger.StepInto(True)
End Sub
End Module
