How to choose a FE/BE?

My company sells a software application written in Access 2002 (FE/BE on
network, Access Runtime). The usual number of users is 5-6, and after about a
year of the app being used, the data file gets to about 90MB in size.

I was instructed to investigate changing our FE from Access to possibly:
Access 2003, VB 6.0, .NET, web-based, etc.

I can't seem to find any good articles about the pros and cons comparing
Access and other tools, so any information would be appreciated.

I have extensive programming in Access, VB 6.0, ASP.NET and SQL Server, but
the only apps I have written that need to be installed on a client's site are
Access BE with either Access FE or VB 6.0 FE. So, I don't have a lot of
knowledge as far as what would be required to be installed for a runtime app
on a client's site for SQL Server (I assume VB.NET works pretty much the same
as VB 6.0 as far as creating a distributable app...?).

Any information is appreciated!
