Accessing File Summary Tab Data

PC
When you right click on a file and select properties, then select the summary
tab there are fields like "Title", "Subject", "Author", etc.

How do you dynamically read or write to these attributes or properties. I
can't seem to find a .NET class that enables access to them.
I've looked into: File, FileInfo, FileSystemInfo, FileVersionInfo.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
