Questions on Visual Web Developer for building a web app; Win 2000 Pro

Hello --

I planned on building my first web app using VS .NET 2003, using SQL Server
2000.
Then, I started reading about Visual Web Developer 2005.

Can someone tell me or point me to sources where I can learn the advantages,
if any, of using VWD now?

Can I use SQL 2000 developing with VWD?

If it is preferable to use SQL Express for the database, can it later be
scaled up to SQL 2000 for the production version?

Must I enable each table in the database for dependency caching?

Thanks for any help or direction.
