deployment utility

Does anyone know of any robust deployment utilities out there for .NET?
My qualifications are as follows:

* copies files (duh)
* stops/uninstalls/installs/starts services
* copies databases to/from SQL Server
* runs external programs
* rolls back failed deployments
* can occur remotely (nice to have, but not essential)

Does anyone know of any tools that meet most of my requirements? FYI:
The deployment tool that comes with VS.NET does not meet my needs.
Thanks!
Pat
