Are Community Previews available to everyone

Does anyone know if the Whidbey Community Preview is available to the

AFAIK, tech previews are available only for MSDN Subscribers. But you can
always order the Beta-1 DVD/CDs from
http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005...r/default.aspx
