Datagrid refreshing ???

Dear all,

I am develpping a .NET vb application fro 2000 and XP.
I have actually an Collection list of Type, where type have 4 variables inside
This collection list can be really long.

I then pass the content of that collection list of type to a dat grid object
which display them properly.

The content of my collection list might change, it could be more records or
one can be removed..and I need to keep my datagrid up to date. What I am
doing actually is that if any change appears in my collection of type then I
clear the all grid and rebind the data. The drawback in this scenario is that
it works well if you update the grid time to time but if for a reason or an
other the grid need to be update every seconds thne I have flashing records
displyed due to the refreshing event.

Ideally, I would need to compare grid data and my colelction data row by row
in order to update a single row instead of the all refresh.

It means I need to scan throuh all records and do proper action accordinggly
like adding or inserting a row.

Does anyone have any idea how can I do this to avoid cleraing the grid and
insert all data ?
