Geting information about toolbars

I have a C# application that I want to enumerate all of current toolbars for
an application and i am having trouble writing some of the API calls.
I try to get the number of buttons on the current toolbar using
j = User32.SendMessage(wi.Handle,(int)WindowsMessages. TB_BUTTONCOUNT,0,0)
That only seems to work on some toolbars, for instance all MS office
toolbars return 0, but my real problem is figureing out how to create a
TBButton Structure

in C# and then creating a pointer to it so i can use it with TB_GETBUTTON
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...buttonsize.asp)
and get all of the button information.
