NetworkCredential Class then Redirecting...

I'm working with the NetworkCredential class.

I'm making the correct call and it returns that everything is okay
using:

NetworkCredential sc = new NetworkCredential("MyAccount", sPassword,
myURL);

However, I then need to make a call using HTTPS to a URL which changes
the password. For example:

https://www.something.com&newpassword=123456

I need to send this URL without the user knowing it's being sent. All
done behind the scenes.

PHP has something called CURL which you can communicate with a server
without having to display information for the clients browers. Is
there anything for .NET?

Thanks!
