Compression in VB.NET???

I was wondering how to compress a folder, and all it's subfolder's and files,
in VB.NET. I want to use the compression that doesn't actually turn the
folder into a compressed file, but rather automate the operation of
compression where you right-click on any folder in Windows XP, go to
Advanced, and Select "Compress contents to save Disk Space". I would GREATLY
appreciate if you could put together a short code sample that I could include
in my application, or point me to an external website where I could find the
information needed. Thanks a ton!
