Assigning value to HeaderText

Hi,

I have a datagrid on my page which has ButtonColumn and BoundColumns added.
The Header Text of the ButtonColumn changes dynamically depending upon the
conditions.The value that needs to be assigned to the HeaderText is available
at the server side and I want to access it in the .aspx page and assign it to
HeaderText property of the ButtonColumn.Can't assign it like this as it gives
error.

<asp:ButtonColumn DataTextField="ZEROCOLUMN" SortExpression="ZEROCOLUMN"
CommandName="Detail" HeaderText='<% viewState("ZEROCOLUMN") %>'>
<HeaderStyle CssClass="sectableheader"></HeaderStyle>
<ItemStyle HorizontalAlign="Left" CssClass="rptitemgriddesc"></ItemStyle>
</asp:ButtonColumn>

Any suggestions???

Thanks in advance.
