Compression help

Hi all
I want to know that is there any class or method provided in .net to
compress files and folder.
I want to compress files/folders as well as decompress it without
using winzip.
Is anyone having any idea about it.
Please help me

SharpZipLib; there's also zip support in the J# libraries IIRC.
