Java and Cookie browser settings (registry?) ?

Hi!

I'm writing a small c# program that tries to get the default browser
and some settings for that browser ex. Cookie settings and Java
settings.
Is these Cookie and Java settings stored in the Registry somewhere
(lets say we are having IE)?
Anyone know the Keys for these settings?
Or perhaps i can find it out using other API or .NET base classes?

Thank you?
Regards,
Paul
