Number of instances running in memory

Hi folks,

I have recently coded a managed dll which performs certain validation on data
entered. This can be used in any .NET apps of course, including ASP.NET.
I am more of a WinForms coder and have no real experience of ASP.NET. What I
am wondering is.. Lets say that someone develops an ASP.NET app which calls
my dll. Is there any way I can restrict the number of users accessing my
dll, e.g.
limit it to 2 users? Can I count references? Or does ASP.NET only call the dll
when needed, disposing of it between calls?

Thanks for any help..
