Problems after converting to VS 2003

I have recently converted my VS2002 solution to VS2003. The solution consist
of a large number of VB.Net-projects and a couple of WebSetup-projects. I
have no problems building VB.Net-projects but when i build a WebSetup-project
i get the following error message:

Unable to update the dependencies of the project. The dependencies for the
object 'dotnetfxredist_x86.msm' cannot be determined.

If i create a new WebSetup-project i have no problem. I need some help
solving this, i dont want to recreate all the WebSetup-projects
