How to get to the app forms/controls/properties

Hi,
I wold like to get to a .Net apps forms/controls/properties.

I've managed to start an app with Process.Start but can not figure out if
possible/how to get to the started form. I would like to get the form
properties,
I would also like to be able to trigg GUI events as button click/menu
selections by programming and check trigged forms/properties.

Any clues on how this can be done? Examples?!
