.NET programmers in Vegas?

Hi there,

If you can think of a better newsgroup on which to post this question,
please let me know:

I'm an independent .NET programmer in California. In recent years,
business has become quite profitable. I'm therefore moving my operations to
Nevada to avoid CA corporate and income tax. I'm wondering what the .NET
programmer community is like in Las Vegas.

More importantly, I'm going to need to find a colocation facility in LV
to host my servers. I'm currently using Verio here in California, but from
what I can tell, they don't have a presence in Vegas. Any suggestions?

I'm also going to want to run a T1 local loop from my Vegas home to the
colocation facility. I'm doing that here in California using a company
called "XO Communications." Has anyone on this newsgroup done something
similar in Vegas and if so, which company did you use?

I have other Vegas-related questions that have nothing to do with
programming or networks if anyone could spare a few moments?

Thanks,

David
