Visual Studio Solution Explorer Question

Hello,

I have Visual Studio 2003 Professional Edition. I am
wondering if there is a trick to the following scenario
that I have occasionally. I open VS and open a project.
Then I download an aspx & vb file that a colleague has
sent me. If I right-click in Solution Explorer, Add, Add
Existing Item, the dialog box doesn't show the new items
that I've just added to the project folder within the
wwwroot folder. I find that I have to close the project
and VS and re-open it and the prject before I see the new
items. Is there a way to refresh the Solution Explorer
view?
Thanks,
Geof Wyght
