Microsost Application Center Test for VS .NET 2003 - HELP

I have install ACT for VS .NET 2003. I ran one recorded test successfully.
Since then I have not been able to. I keep getting an error before the test
ends prematurely saying "Test client <machine name> did not start. Error
value: 0x80000005"
