Telephony Application Service Not started.

Hi everybody,

I ran into some problems when I installed Microsoft Speech Server(MSS) 2004:

1- Before installing MSS, I can use WebApplication template provided by VS
2003
professional. After installing MSS, I can't create Web Application.

2- I can't START the Telephony applicatiion service after installing Intel
Call Manager.

3- My telephone set lost dial tone while my computer is turned on. I have the
D/41 JCT -LS analog telephony card in my computer.

Do you have any suggestions to help me out these problems.

Hi Xtran,

I just signed up to see if I can be of any help for your question. When I
first hit that problem I tried launching the IntelWeb Console. and starting
all the services there.
It turns out that when you first install the Net Call Manager it requires
the that you set a password for the services. Therefore, when you launch the
InteWeb console and you enter for the first time admin or leave it blank, the
system will prompt you to change the password. It cannot be admin. After you
have done this, you can start
the service by configuring them and then starting the services.
Configuration is pretty start forward. Let me know how it works.
