i would like to know if there is any components written in .NET that i can
use to convert any files (*.*) to .pdf format.

i have search the whole day looking for it..but all i could find is
conversion from the other way round. (pdf -> *.*) and also components for
editing and creating pdf files. i have found one called easyPDf but the
component is not written in .NET but Wrapped so tht it can be run in .NET

Hi Benjamin,

I thought that pdf belongs to Adobe, so this looks to me the first way to
go.

I hope this helps?
