Benny,

When it is good you cannot, all you can get is

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...rvariables.asp

I hope this helps?

Hi,

The above MSDN documentation showing the server property that doesn't
offer me hint on getting the client info ... But does that mean I couldn't
get any id or method on asp.net to identify client uniquely throught the IE
browser and using IIS ?
Thanks in advance.

regards,

benny ;)

Benny,

Are you sure of what you wrote?

IIS server variables provide information about the server, the connection
with the client, and the current request on the connection. IIS server
variables are not the same as environment variables.
