BroadcastEventWindow error

Hi all,

I keep receiving a .NET-BroadcastEventWindow application error in an
application whenever I close an application that I'm writing. The error is
".NET-BroadcastEventWindow.1.0.5000.0.4: {appname} - Application Error".
The error started popping up when I added an AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser control
to my C# application. Other than this error when I shut down the app, the
app runs normally and is fully functional. Has anyone run across this error
and are there any fixes/work-arounds?

Thanks,
Michael C., MCDBA

I have seen this error as well. I don't see it all the time. I am also
using the AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser browser control. Maybe this bit of
information is usefull for the folks at Microsoft to pin-point this problem.
Mine is a VB.NET Windows Form application.

So far I have searched in google and microsoft and have found no fix or work
around for this problem.

Any information on this would be very much appreciated!
