Scroll bars in Crystal Reports - VB.NET

Hello,
I'm having trouble with a report I've created.
I have a reportViewer on my windows form, that contains a report. This works
fine.
I want scroll bars to show up, and they aren't.
I've turned on "AutoScroll" - but the scroll bars still aren't there.
What am I missing??
Thanks,
Amber
