setup projcet doesn't remove a dll that it installed into the gac

I created a setup project to install a dll into the gac. This worked fine,
however when uninstalling it, it leaves the dll in the GAC. Did I miss a
setting or something ?
ideas ?

The issue here is the box is really small. The installer, by default, is set
to work with the XCopy mentality. Anything outside of this scenario requires
a custom installer to cover all bases.
