How to Autocommit mode off

By default, the autocommit mode for anyado.net is set to ON, I want to set it
to off.

I want to use COM+ for automatic transactions, since AutoAommit is ON I
cannot use the code given below effectively.
string cmdTxt = "UPDATE products SET price =" + price + " WHERE product_id
=" + productID;

// OracleCommand for HQ Schema
OracleCommand hqCmd = new OracleCommand(cmdTxt,ConnectionManager.hqConn);

// OracleCommand for Regional Schema
OracleCommand regionCmd = new
OracleCommand(cmdTxt,ConnectionManager.regionConn) ;

// Executes the Oracle Commands
hqCmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
regionCmd.ExecuteNonQuery();

// Release all resources held by OracleCommand objects
hqCmd.Dispose();
regionCmd.Dispose();
