Writing application for high dpi in c#

Jie
Do you know if it is possible to write DPI-indepedent windows application in
VS.NET? i.e., if a developer uses 120dpi to design UI when the application
runs on a computer with 96dpi the UI should behave properly.

Thanks

Jie
